We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through existing client relationships and developing new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and expand our existing client base
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B sector
  • Supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals
  • Train and develop team members on our systems and processes
  • Provide daily reporting and insights using our CRM
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development

Licensing Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in the U.S.
  • Clean background and reliable transportation
