Business Development Representative

Baker Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients in the compressed air industry.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Sell technically advanced compressed air equipment and systems to clients, including compressors, air treatment equipment, and aluminum piping systems.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide technical support and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proposal Development: Create proposals and estimate project costs for compressed air system designs.
- Order Management: Assist with order entries, inventory, and product placement.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of three years' experience with compressed air systems and equipment.
- Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills, experience with design software such as AutoCAD or Bluebeam, and strong knowledge of construction drawings.
- Office and Field Work: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer, as well as field and client interactions on construction job sites, which may require prolonged periods of standing, walking, and/or climbing stairs.
