Job Title:.NET Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled.NET Developer to join our team at Saxon Global. As a.NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing integrations between internal systems and 3rd party commercial supply chain related software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement integrations between internal systems and 3rd party commercial supply chain related software.
  • Develop and support existing legacy and batch solutions, and contribute to the development of new technical complex solutions.
  • Contribute to and maintain the roadmap to facilitate application software development and ensure the development work is prioritized in line with business requirements.
  • Monitor, identify, assess, and correct complex software problems to maintain fully functioning applications software.
  • Design, develop, execute, and maintain complex automated unit tests to ensure the quality of the solution being built.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of.NET Development experience, with a focus on backend development.
  • Experience working with messaging queues and/or JMS.
  • Strong backend development experience, including modernizing APIs and helping with data mappings and services.
  • Thorough understanding of.Net/C#, web development, and full-stack engineering using MS SQL Server.
  • Experience and comfort with supporting and enhancing legacy and batch solutions, including VB script.
Preferred Skills:
  • .NET, REST API, C# and SQL Server/Oracle experience.
  • Experience with VB.NET and VBscript.
Additional Information:

This is a multi-year contract opportunity with flexible hybrid arrangements. The successful candidate will be part of a team rebuilding applications for an expanding enterprise.
