Dacus Auto Body and Collision Repair is on the lookout for a skilled and innovative Marketing Director to spearhead our marketing initiatives across various traditional and digital channels. The successful candidate will possess a strategic mindset, complemented by a robust background in marketing, brand management, and digital advertising, which includes expertise in social media, website oversight, Google Ads, and search engine optimization (SEO).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Development:
    • Formulate and execute detailed marketing strategies that resonate with the company's objectives.
    • Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint trends, opportunities, and target demographics.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to establish long-term marketing frameworks and growth strategies.
  • Digital Marketing Oversight:
    • Manage the company website, ensuring content remains current, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
    • Design and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and social media.
    • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, utilizing data to enhance performance.
  • Social Media Strategy:
    • Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand visibility and interaction.
    • Oversee the generation and curation of content for all social media platforms.
    • Stay updated on social media trends and adapt strategies as necessary.
  • Branding and Promotional Material:
    • Design and procure all promotional materials, including uniforms and branded merchandise.
    • Ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistent across all promotional products.
    • Work with suppliers to guarantee quality and timely delivery of promotional items.
  • Content Development:
    • Lead the production of engaging content for various media, including blogs, videos, newsletters, and press releases.
    • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing collateral.
  • Financial Oversight:
    • Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
    • Monitor and report on marketing expenditures, optimizing costs while maximizing impact.
  • Leadership and Team Development:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing capacity, demonstrating a successful track record in driving growth and brand recognition.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
  • Creative problem-solver with the capacity to innovate and adapt to evolving market conditions.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics and CRM systems.
