The Harvard Maintenance team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our janitorial and maintenance services, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of our maintenance and janitorial teams, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including financial statements, customer information, and operational metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the janitorial or maintenance industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing and leading teams, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
