Role Overview
As a key member of the Emond Richardson - State Farm Agent team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and customer success. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes and make sales presentations to close deals.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up as needed.
- Promote long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Property & Casualty License.
- Previous State Farm experience is essential.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to obtain a Life & Health license.
- Strong interest in marketing insurance products based on customer needs.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
This is a remote position within the US, offering a competitive hourly salary plus commission/bonus, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, and company-sponsored insurance licensing.
