Job Summary

Sparks Group, a leading law firm, seeks a skilled Legal Document Production Specialist to join their Philadelphia office. This role focuses on producing, formatting, and revising complex legal documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and revise complex legal documents using advanced MS Word skills.
  • Ensure all documents are accurately formatted and error-free.
  • Convert documents between different formats, such as Word to PDF.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files, working with the Records Department as needed.
  • Protect client and firm information, ensuring compliance with legal and firm standards.
  • Collaborate with administrative staff and assist with other clerical tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in a law firm or legal environment, preferably with a focus on document production.
  • Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 60+ WPM.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word and experience with legal document management software.
  • Familiarity with legal procedures, legal terminology, and document formatting standards.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
