Key Responsibilities- Produce and revise complex legal documents using advanced MS Word skills.
- Ensure all documents are accurately formatted and error-free.
- Convert documents between different formats, such as Word to PDF.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files, working with the Records Department as needed.
- Protect client and firm information, ensuring compliance with legal and firm standards.
- Collaborate with administrative staff and assist with other clerical tasks as needed.
- 5-7 years of experience in a law firm or legal environment, preferably with a focus on document production.
- Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 60+ WPM.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word and experience with legal document management software.
- Familiarity with legal procedures, legal terminology, and document formatting standards.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
