About the Role

Symplicity Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing business with existing clients, demonstrating leadership skills, and proactively positioning positive business outcomes.

As a Sales Growth Manager, you will drive market and account management activities, qualifying and developing sales opportunities, leveraging specialty resources and partners. You will also engage strategic partners for resources, fulfillment, and account management, continuously analyzing sales forecasts and modifying them as needed.

Requirements

  • 1 + years of relevant software sales experience or equivalent
  • Availability to travel 50% of the time
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver practical business solutions based on enterprise understanding of client operational capabilities
  • Experience tracking activities in CRM systems
