Electrical Sales Growth Manager

At Powell Industries, we're seeking a skilled Electrical Sales Growth Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the company's success.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase product sales in the Electrical Distribution Channel. This includes identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k) savings, annual bonus potential, paid time off, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Electrical Distribution Channel.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in technical sales or marketing.
- Working knowledge of electrical products and applications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, computer skills, and work planning skills.
