The Senior Vice President of Revenue Generation at Transportation One is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the company's short and long-term sales growth strategy.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

This position requires a strong leader who can build and manage a high-performing sales organization. The ideal candidate will have significant revenue and customer acquisition responsibility in the 3PL space.

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals and provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth.
  • Implement sales metrics to measure department effectiveness and present results to executive leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a leadership position within the 3PL industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business; MBA or MS preferred.
