At Frontall USA, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regional Sales and Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving regional sales growth, maintaining a book of business, and expanding our customer base.

About the Role
  • Develop new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and qualifying new clients.
  • Increase market share within assigned territories and achieve assigned financial budgets for volume, revenue, and profit.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to increase market share and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  1. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and qualifying new clients.
  2. Sales Growth: Increase market share within assigned territories and achieve assigned financial budgets for volume, revenue, and profit.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to increase market share and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  4. Credit Line Management: Monitor and maintain clients' credit lines within company guidelines.
  5. CRM Maintenance: Maintain and update the company's CRM system.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of sales experience with freight forwarding companies, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. A book of business is a plus. The salary range for this role is $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year.
