Job Description

As a Landscape Project Manager at Leo Landscape LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing key client projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating and completing projects on time, within budget, and within scope. You will be responsible for setting deadlines, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure successful project delivery.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients to ensure deliverables meet their needs and expectations. You will also coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and align with company goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
  • Defining project scope and objectives, involving stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Managing project changes, costs, and schedules
  • Measuring project performance and reporting to management
  • Managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations
  • Performing risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establishing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
