Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Leo Landscape LLC. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our project managers and ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets
  • Provide detailed updates to project managers and stakeholders, including progress reports and meeting minutes
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, document management, and inventory control
  • Coordinate with field crews to ensure they have the necessary materials and resources to complete their tasks
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
Requirements
  • Previous experience in project coordination or a related field
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift heavy materials, bend, stoop, kneel, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods of time
  • Associates Degree or Technical Degree in a related field
