Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality control measures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial construction management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Primavera P6, and Procore, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Demonstrated competence in safety, quality, and project execution, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
