- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality control measures, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
- 7+ years of experience in commercial construction management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Primavera P6, and Procore, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Demonstrated competence in safety, quality, and project execution, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
