- Assist in the development and maintenance of parks and open space facilities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Operate heavy equipment and machinery, such as backhoes and skid-steer loaders
- Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to all safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as construction or landscaping
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
