Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on customer service inquiries and orders
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism
  • Coordinate upcoming events and promotions
  • Administer targeted email campaigns and newsletters
  • Manage leads and schedule appointments
  • Conduct marketing efforts for parts and service retention
  • Perform internal customer satisfaction calls and emails
  • Address and resolve dealer reputation concerns

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments for both prospective and existing customers with our service team
  • Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and text/chat
  • Maintain accurate client information in our CRM system
  • Follow up with:
    • Current customers
    • Potential customers
    • Customers who missed or canceled appointments
    • Customer satisfaction surveys
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of various vehicle models
  • Achieve daily contact and appointment targets
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment

Qualifications

  • Exceptional telephone communication skills are essential
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to build rapport with customers quickly
  • Professional demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoyment of phone interactions and assisting customers in overcoming objections
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet daily objectives
  • Effective follow-up with customers
  • Experience in cold calling or call center environments is a plus
