Territory Oncology Sales Representative

About the Role:

BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) is seeking a Territory Oncology Sales Representative to join our team in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin Market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing our Oncology products and building strong relationships with our customers in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Sell the entire product line to current and new accounts

• Advise customers of new and pricing, backorders, and company policies

• Execute comprehensive in-service of products

• Plan sales calls on a continuous basis, managing sales time effectively

• Develop detailed knowledge of all products and clinical data

• Inform District Manager of significant market changes and competitive activity

• Achieve timely, mutually beneficial solutions to customer complaints

• Analyze customer needs and build solutions

• Maintain company automobile and company property

• Complete and process BD Peripheral Intervention reports in accordance with established procedures and policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Management or related area

• Two to three years outside sales experience or equivalency

• Excellent listening skills with proven interpersonal and communication skills

• Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license and meet BD's auto safety standards
