Job Summary

The National Sales Executive, Critical Power, is a key role in driving business growth and developing new opportunities for Concentric. This position requires a strong ability to build effective customer relationships and sell material handling power and maintenance solutions to targeted accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profit by growing the customer base through prospecting and lead follow-up.
  • Conduct market research to produce competitive analysis and develop customer-specific proposals.
  • Initiate and maintain key relationships with economic buyers and network within industry, territory, and prospect's organization to drive pipeline development.
  • Develop and maintain expertise on industry trends, technology, best practices, and regulations relevant to material handling power solutions.
  • Manage internal cross-functional relationships and communications for maximum productivity.
  • Capture sales opportunities and activities via CRM software.
  • Significant national travel required, with 70-80% of the week spent overnight.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated successful experience in developing and winning new business in a highly competitive environment.
  • Self-driven to actively prospect, cultivate, and close new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated results selling complex solutions across a variety of decision makers.
  • Exceptional communication and sales presentation skills that produce results.
  • Persistent follow-up skills that advance deal progress at a rapid pace.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel, including day and overnight travel.

The work is performed primarily in customer facility locations, Concentric office space, a home work space, hotels, and more. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to heavy, requiring hearing protection as time (customer locations).
