Financial Services Processor / Cashiering Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely and accurate movement of funds into and out of customer accounts, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory compliance.
  • Respond to inquiries from financial professionals, assistants, and colleagues with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Conduct thorough research and respond to notifications promptly, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.
  • Review and transmit various forms, including meticulous data entry to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle check deposits, funds disbursements, and check or redemption requests efficiently.
  • Process wire requests accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
  • Review requests for completeness and proactively follow up when additional information is required, demonstrating a commitment to precision.
  • Receive, research, and respond to inquiries from financial professionals with a high level of attention to detail and service.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in financial services or related field.
  • Working knowledge of pertinent regulations around client account information and funds movement.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer software skills.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task on a variety of projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years Securities operations experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong knowledge of cashiering and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations and protocols.
