Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual base salary for this role is $50,000-$60,000, plus commission. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a flexible schedule, ongoing training and support, career growth opportunities, and more.
Job Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established by the company.
- Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individuals.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
