The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director II to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new Large Enterprise sales opportunities, providing product solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive ongoing relationships to maximize sales for the company.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with acquired and/or existing customers to gain strategic positioning with decision makers, attain additional business, and retain existing revenue.
  • Develop action plans to cross-sell and up-sell accounts to increase overall total customer spend with the company.
  • Identify, bid on, negotiate, and close new sales opportunities to meet and exceed established sales and revenue quotas.
  • Provide comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business from new and/or existing accounts.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the company's entire product suite and provide accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnels of identified and proposed opportunities.
Requirements
  • At least 7+ years of industry sales experience.
  • Strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills, as well as proficiency in selling to the close.
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction.
  • Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge and understanding of the telecom industry's competitive landscape.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
