Senior Sales Director

The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, providing product solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive ongoing relationships to maximize sales for the company.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and manage relationships with acquired and/or existing customers to gain strategic positioning with decision makers, attain additional business, and retain existing revenue.
- Develop action plans to cross-sell and up-sell accounts to increase overall total customer spend with the company.
- Identify, bid on, negotiate, and close new sales opportunities in order to meet and exceed established sales and revenue quotas.
- Provide comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business from new and/or existing accounts.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the company's entire product suite and provide accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnels of identified and proposed opportunities.
- 7+ years of industry sales experience.
- Minimum skills required to perform in this role.
- Preferred experience with the telecom industry's competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills as well as proficiency in selling to the close.
- Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction.
The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.
