Job Summary

Bridgewell is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Bridgewell Clinic clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Assisting Visitors
  • Scheduling Appointments
  • Managing Client Records
  • Supporting Intake and Registration
  • Collecting and Updating Client Information
  • Maintaining a Clean and Organized Workspace
  • Processing Co-Pays and Refills
  • Preparing Documents for Utilization Review
  • Rotating to Provide Coverage in Other Clinics
  • Processing Inactive and Terminated Cases
Requirements
  • High School Diploma Required
  • Experience with Medical Records and Confidentiality Regulations
  • Formal Certification or Education in Medical Office Operations
  • Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Strong Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
