Front Office Coordinator

The Front Office Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office activities, managing incoming communications, and handling mail distribution. The compensation range for this position is $14-$15/hr based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and manage all incoming correspondence, including mail, faxes, and emails directed to the office.
  • Respond to inquiries from the corporate office or other departments.
  • Retrieve and organize claims and documents received via mail from clients or other departments, distributing them as necessary.
  • Print and arrange all documents obtained from email communications.
  • Monitor incoming mail and distribute it appropriately.
  • Assist in gathering timecard data and collaborate with other staff to address payroll concerns.
  • Handle all incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Welcome and assist all visitors entering the front office.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with company software.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
