Key Responsibilities

This role is essential in facilitating effective communication across various departments and supporting the overall operations of the organization. The successful candidate will:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to promote efficient office functions.
  • Organize and maintain digital filing systems.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role within a client-focused environment.
  • Previous experience in the insurance sector is preferred.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exhibit a positive demeanor; friendly and engaging in all interactions.
