Staff My Agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice to customers
  • Work closely with the agency team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in insurance sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
