Associate Vice President of Talent Acquisition

We are seeking an experienced Associate Vice President of Talent Acquisition to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent to support our mission of providing high-quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs
- Manage a team of recruiters to ensure effective talent sourcing and hiring processes
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop effective recruitment plans
- Implement and maintain a robust recruitment marketing strategy to attract top talent
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and external partners
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Master's degree or enrolled in Master's preferred
- SHPR and/or PHR Certification preferred
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition and management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in Healthcare required
- Prefer experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
