Job Title: Vice President of Investment Banking

FE International LTD is seeking a highly skilled Vice President of Investment Banking to join our team. As a key member of our investment banking group, you will be responsible for originating and executing new transactions for our clients, utilizing our broad array of strategic and financial advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate and execute new transactions for clients, leveraging our expertise in merger, acquisition, and sale transactions, as well as private debt and equity capital placements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, corporations, family offices, and entrepreneurs.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of financials, metrics, and operations to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and internal teams to prepare and present analyses and presentations to clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and pitches to clients.
  • Manage the negotiation of optimal terms and conditions for transactions.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Capital IQ, PitchBook, Bloomberg, and Thomson Reuters.
  • Experience drafting and producing client presentations and related materials.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance theory and practice.
  • Expertise in strategic and financial analysis, as well as transaction structuring.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
Experience and Education:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in investment banking, with a current title of Associate or Vice President.
  • Previous experience working with high-value clients and leading transactions.
  • Bachelor's degree from a leading university or college, with a Master's degree or equivalent preferred.
