Job Description

The Patient Experience Coordinator at RemX is responsible for coordinating the patient's journey through the hospital admission process. This includes greeting patients, collecting and verifying patient information, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure a smooth admission experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and families upon arrival, providing a welcoming environment.
  • Collect, verify, and input patient information into the hospital system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist patients with completing admission forms, insurance documentation, and consent forms.

Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 per year, dependent on location and experience.

Requirements

To excel in this position, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED; an associate's degree or relevant certification in healthcare administration is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare admissions role or customer service is beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and electronic health records (EHR) software.
