Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Welcome customers warmly, establishing a connection through genuine interactions and attentive service.
- Point of Sale Operations: Operate the cash register accurately, maintaining organization and cleanliness at the cash wrap, while adhering to company policies.
- Product Management: Receive and process shipments, ensuring stockroom organization and timely replenishment of sales floor merchandise.
- Sales Floor Support: Analyze sales floor needs, execute visual merchandising, and assist customers with product inquiries and selections.
Required Competencies:
- Results Orientation: Demonstrates a consistent drive to exceed performance goals and expectations.

Qualifications:

- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and moving throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
Work Schedule: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.
