Capital Holdings East, LLC is rapidly growing its real estate investment portfolio and is in search of an Asset Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and administrative skills to thrive in this fast-paced sector. Your role will encompass a comprehensive understanding of real estate acquisitions, property oversight, marketing strategies, leasing processes, as well as familiarity with platforms like AirBnB and VRBO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Owner in acquiring both core and value-add property types.
  • Assist the Owner during the Due Diligence phase, including unit inspections and lease-file audits.
  • Collaborate with the Owner on property and portfolio operations, including budgeting, leasing, and tenant relations.
  • Ensure the portfolio's appearance and physical condition align with the owner's established standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including vetting and contract negotiations.
  • Provide timely reports and maintain ongoing communication regarding property performance.
  • Be prepared to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Conduct portfolio and community tours with clients.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 3-5 years of experience in property management.
  • Real Estate Sales License or Broker License is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel to support operations and acquisitions.
  • Experience with AirBnB/VRBO is a plus.
  • Familiarity with construction processes, including city permitting and application flow.
  • Bilingual/Spanish skills are a plus.
  • Proficiency with web platforms necessary for job functions, such as MLS and property management software.
  • Strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to solve problems and demonstrate effective listening skills.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
