HR Operations Manager

The HR Operations Manager will play a critical role in supporting the success of assigned business units by providing HR expertise, advice, and guidance. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and providing coaching and training to managers and employees. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Human Resources and a strong background in operations, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and improve employee engagement and productivity;
- Manage employee relations proactively by addressing conflicts, providing coaching and counseling, and ensuring compliance with company policies;
- Collaborate with Labor and Employee Relations teams to negotiate contracts and resolve disputes;
- Provide training and development opportunities to managers and employees to enhance their skills and knowledge;
- Maintain accurate records of employee data, including personnel files, time-off balances, and performance evaluations;
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and senior leadership;
- Analyze and interpret HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve business outcomes;
- Stay up-to-date with changing laws, regulations, and best practices in Human Resources.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a similar role;
- Certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR preferred;
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in HRIS systems.
