Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Payroll/HR Generalist to join our Human Resources Department. This role offers a unique blend of payroll processing, employee relations, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience in human resources and full-cycle multi-state payroll processing. Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. A confident, team-player attitude with a determination to achieve success is essential.

As a Payroll/HR Generalist, you will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently while handling employee benefits and maintaining the employee database. You will also serve as the first point of contact for 150+ employees regarding employee relations matters, including attendance, health issues, performance, organizational changes, and more. Additionally, you will evaluate, develop, and enhance training programs to improve organizational performance and understanding.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of $70,000 - $85,000 annually, plus full benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) + match, and PTO. We offer a fun and friendly work environment that fosters teamwork, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
