Job Title: Customer Service Liaison Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Liaison Specialist to support our clients in West Los Angeles, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $32-$36.
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email, ensuring high-quality service and professional communication.
- Process orders from pre-planning to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Collaborate with design, production, overseas, and traffic teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in the apparel or wholesale accessories industry.
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Basic Excel skills and knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) a plus.
- Valid COVID-19 vaccine required.
