Team Overview

Our team specializes in conducting SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 examinations, along with providing consulting services for these assessments. We engage directly with clients ranging from startups to large enterprises.

At Moss Adams, you will enhance your understanding of our assurance and consulting services while collaborating with project managers, clients, and peers on various consulting and auditing projects. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee SOC engagements, managing client expectations, budgets, testing, and reporting.
  • Provide comprehensive analysis of exceptions and coordinate all analytical, technical, and research activities.
  • Collaborate with Managers and Senior Managers on review processes, reporting, and technical challenges.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with existing clients, engaging in networking and business development efforts.
  • Offer leadership and guidance to junior staff members.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; a major in business, finance, accounting, or information systems is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in information technology is required, demonstrating a progressive growth in skills and responsibilities related to IT internal controls and processes.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a public accounting or consulting firm is preferred.
  • CPA, CIA, and/or CISA certifications are preferred. If not certified, candidates must meet educational requirements to obtain licensure upon hire in their state of employment.
  • Proven ability to lead IT audit engagements, working collaboratively on larger projects and independently on smaller ones.
  • Exceptional client service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Analytical and innovative problem-solving abilities.
  • A collaborative team player who is deadline-oriented.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 10-30%.
