Responsibilities:
- Verify that clients have provided all necessary details for processing requests.
- Research and process property registrations for compliance.
- Work with utility and HOA companies to transfer services, open accounts, maintain payments, and close accounts.
- Review and submit property inspections to municipalities to meet regulatory requirements.
- Follow established guidelines to accurately complete assigned tasks.
- Ensure tasks are finished within client-specific deadlines without compromising quality.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
