Your Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and familiarity with RMM tools like Kaseya or ConnectWise.
  • Experience with PSA tools for ticketing and project management, such as AutoTask or Zoho.
  • Knowledge of firewall and VPN configurations, including SonicWall, Meraki, FortiGate, and Sophos.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA are preferred.
