Job Summary

RadNet is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments, and providing leadership and guidance to staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of accounts payable staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure efficient and accurate processing of payments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end close for accounts payable, including reconciliation and analysis of accounts.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth payment processing.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial operations.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in an accounts payable role, with a strong understanding of financial operations and accounting principles.
  • College training or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, with a strong understanding of financial software and systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word, with experience working with ERP systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff to achieve departmental goals.
