- Perform audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Apply proper policy, procedures, and coding while processing payments, including requirements for contracts, leases, and other specialized payments.
- 3+ years' experience in accounts payable, with a focus on high-volume invoicing.
- Expertise in CONCUR or similar accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
