Job Summary

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is seeking a skilled Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Rental Service Team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various types of equipment at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to provide timely updates and resolve issues.
  • Operate in a safe and efficient manner, minimizing equipment downtime and maintaining high-quality work standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of mechanical training or experience in a related field.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a complete set of tools, including specialized equipment for on-site repairs.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Work Environment

This position involves working in various environments, including operating facilities and outdoor customer locations. You will be exposed to varying weather conditions and temperatures. The role requires frequent lifting, bending, and standing, as well as the ability to wear safety equipment and follow safety protocols.
