Position Overview

The Automotive Service Technician plays a crucial role in managing all operations within the installation facility.

This position involves ensuring that all documentation related to installations or removals is accurately completed, maintaining and monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring that the necessary tools and equipment are consistently available in the workshop.

Job Details

The Automotive Service Technician role is typically offered as a full-time position and includes a comprehensive benefits package along with paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in:
    • Front-end steering and suspension repairs
    • Alignment certification
    • Mounting, balancing, and installing tires and wheels
    • Utilizing tire and balance machinery
Additional Duties
  • Supervising all tasks within the installation area
  • Ordering products and supplies as needed
  • Receiving and checking in delivered items
  • Labeling products with appropriate item numbers
  • Organizing received products based on customer orders
  • Managing 'Return to Vendor' items when necessary
  • Identifying and tagging all returned products accurately
  • Cleaning and maintaining returned items
  • Establishing an organized system for storing used tires
  • Monitoring parts expenditure
Other Requirements
  • Possession of a valid State Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Ability to successfully pass a drug screening and background investigation

Prior experience as an automotive technician, tire technician, or alignment specialist is essential for success in this position.
