About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Technician II to join our team at Nestlé USA. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and quality in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Sanitation Lead and other team members to maintain a positive and productive working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to ensure timely resolution of operational and safety issues.
  • Assist with start-up procedures to ensure equipment is properly assembled and aligned.
  • Inspect and release equipment to ensure it meets quality standards.
  • Operate complex equipment such as Bridge Machines, Extruders, and MPOs safely and efficiently.
  • Perform basic mechanical adjustments and maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to GMP standards.
  • Document sanitation procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner, monitoring areas for potential hazards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience preferred.
  • On-the-job training provided.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge of Nestlé Lockout / Tagout and Confined Space Policy.
  • Ability to work a 12-hour night shift on a 2/2/3 schedule.
