Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the UFL's brand value.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, creative, and revenue strategy teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of partnership initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging the UFL's unique ownership structure and market position.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial partners, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of partnership objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform partnership strategies.
- 10+ years of professional experience in brand solutions, marketing, marketing strategy, or related consulting roles.
- 4+ years of leadership and team management experience.
- Significant hands-on experience with all-encompassing brand partnerships, including content storytelling, platform creation, experiential, and co-promotional elements.
- Demonstrated successes designing successful campaigns for a wide variety of brands across a range of media.
- Experience developing and presenting creative proposals and communication plans utilizing strong presentation skills and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships with clients, as well as across the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to function well in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business.
- Highly motivated, proactive, with a positive, solutions-based approach.
- A competitive salary range of $155,000 - $170,000, dependent on education, skills, experience, and location.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits.
