Job Overview

Toffler Associates, a forward-thinking strategic advisory firm, is seeking a seasoned Strategy Consultant to join their team as an Engagement Leader.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong project leadership background, with experience in strategy and management consulting services. They will be able to act as an advisor, providing deep and strategic understanding of client needs, particularly within the Department of Defense (DoD) sector.

About the Role

This hybrid role requires a high degree of autonomy, with the ability to propose and assess capabilities of alternative business and operational solutions that remove obstacles and risk. The successful candidate will have excellent project management and client delivery skills, managing complex and strategic consulting engagements with multiple work streams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and growing relationships and accounts, leading to account expansion and growth
  • Crafting ideas into new project opportunities for existing client accounts and identifying leads to sell services within client accounts and to new accounts
  • Experience in proposal development and execution of account plans, as well as quantitative and qualitative research and analysis skills
  • Facilitating small and large client meetings, senior executive off-sites, and conducting executive-level interviews and identifying data from primary and secondary sources

Preferred qualifications include an MBA or MS degree in business, IT, organizational assessment, or a related area, and PMP certification. However, a BA or BS degree is required.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location in Arlington, VA.
