Arlington, Virginia, United States Amazon Full time

We are seeking a seasoned Product Management Professional to join our team in Corporate Infrastructure. As a key member, you will partner with customers and stakeholders to identify pain points in existing solutions and document these as formal business requirements.

This role involves working closely with strong technical leaders to drive definition of customer problems, business requirements, launch, and post-launch measurement. You will also be a key player with partner teams across the company, aligning interests and implementing scalable solutions.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, possessing strong attention to detail, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. A strong product management background is essential, using best practices to implement process and technical solutions that align with our organizational goals.

This is a hands-on role, directly driving implementation of solutions across key stakeholders. In Corporate Infrastructure Product Management, we are responsible for global initiatives that cross business teams and operations groups within Amazon.

You will be responsible for catalog data accuracy, including new product induction and replacement for entries reaching the end of their life-cycle. This role applies technology products to solve problems and delight customers.

A critical aspect of this role is understanding technology, ensuring accurate representation of benefits and risks, and underlying Supply Chain limitations and opportunities for proposed features. This impacts a product's customer experience, feature usability, success metrics, engineering team goals, and may impact organization-level goals.

In addition to your expertise, we value your ability to work independently, seeking direction when needed to bring the Product Management team to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Managing technical products or online services
  • Representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
  • Building and driving adoption of new tools

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $136,100 in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200 in our highest geographic market. Amazon offers a total compensation package, including equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation, in addition to medical, financial, and other benefits.
