Key Responsibilities:

Cybersecurity Strategist:

Financial Steward:
  • Oversee the technology budget, making informed investments in tools and talent that align with our strategic vision.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of various technologies, including cloud solutions, artificial intelligence, and software engineering.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead diverse technology teams, driving successful project outcomes and fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Strategic Insight: Capacity to anticipate industry trends and position our technology for future success.
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices to protect our digital assets.
  • Effective Communicator: Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly and effectively.
  • Sense of Humor: A light-hearted approach to challenges, creating a positive work environment.

Educational Background:

  • Advanced Degree: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Relevant certifications in cloud computing or cybersecurity are advantageous.

Experience:

  • Leadership Experience: A minimum of 10 years in technology leadership roles, with significant experience as a CTO or similar position.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering scalable, innovative products in dynamic environments.
  • Experience in high-growth sectors such as SaaS or fintech is preferred.
