Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 10-15 years of proven leadership experience in a like-size and type of organization.
  • Business Acumen: Established track record of business plan development, execution, and value creation. Strong understanding of development, construction, accounting, and operations.
  • Education: Bachelors degree (Masters degree preferred), specializing in Business and Finance.
  • Personal Skills: Strong leadership and teamwork ability, with excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to effectively delegate and negotiate.
