Your Impact: In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and COO, facilitating the planning and execution of diverse projects related to strategy, operations, and special initiatives. A successful candidate will adeptly utilize internal and external data to define, communicate, and implement the company's strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily operations of the CEO and COO while collaborating across various teams.
  • Contribute to and coordinate essential projects that influence Method's market strategy, finance, marketing, and product development.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and coordinate marketing initiatives surrounding product launches and events.
  • Assist the CEO and COO in prioritizing speaking engagements, messaging, decision-making, and progress assessments.
  • Utilize data as a foundation for analysis and reporting to inform impactful decisions.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.

Who You Are: You possess over 4 years of experience in consulting, investment, or a strategic role within a high-growth startup. You are adept at creative problem-solving and are eager to embrace a variety of tasks. As a self-starter, you thrive on continuous learning and challenges. Strong communication, analytical, research, and presentation skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the fintech or API sector.
  • Background as a founding member of a small team.
