Administrative Payroll Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Manchester Public Schools. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that will work closely with the payroll team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a high level of accuracy when working with confidential information.
Key Responsibilities- Process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks related to payroll processing
- Assist with payroll-related inquiries from employees and management
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll administration
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
