Medical Office Administrative Assistant needed for full-time position in Manchester, NH offering $18-20/hr. + generous benefits package (4wks PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, tuition, LTD/STD, retirement, bonus and more). Position Overview:
  • Enter, update, and track patient insurance information in EMR
  • Set up accounts and work with billing dept. on insurance claims, co-pays, etc.
  • Process insurance verifications and prior-authorizations
  • Assist patients with eligibility and other benefits related questions
  • Work with insurance carriers and state benefit programs
  • Run reports, perform clerical and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma; College Educations a Plus
  • 1+yr Administrative/Medical Office Support
  • Basic understanding of Medical Insurance- EOBs, Claims, etc.
  • Computer skills: MS Office Suite (EMR & Billing software a plus)
  • Wilingnes to complete pre-employment and occupational health screenings
  • Ability to work in-office M-F 8-5 for training


Compensación: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

2015

The Bedford office grows and Tony makes plans to transition toward retirement. Raven Ridge is founded and acquires the Bedford location. The office expands and moves to a larger space in Bedford, NH. Payroll and billing operations move to the Bedford office. Growth and change create new business partners and new relationships; both internal and external.

2016

A banner year for finding great team members Dennis joins the Technical / Engineering group, assisting in the growth of the business. Kassey joins the Administrative team offering expertise in the Administrative and Human Resources job market.

2020

Ashlee joins the organization to head up administrative operations in charge of payroll and billing.
